Compass - November Bravo Tenders and Grants Management

Tenders and Grants Management

For some companies, responding to a tender successfully can be a critical lifeline to continual business sustainability. Managing the submission of a bid can be likened to managing a typical project with a deadline, requiring a clear understanding of its scope and managing resources effectively.

The successful bid team often requires individuals from different perspectives and expertise to formulate the best solution. Finally, the company’s value proposition and key messages are transcribed by our professional writers into a format that the procurement team will have confidence to endorse.

Project Management

Our Consultants are PRINCE2 accredited professionals who can help you with having a common, consistent approach to manage business and project risk more effectively. The PwC 2007 Survey found that 80% of projects classified as high-performing use a certified project manager.

Our Consultants are accredited with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Standards, Quality Management in the Laboratory including ISO 17025 and Internal Audit standards. We can help to review and streamline your quality control audit and documentation in preparation for certification.
